Elektra Debuts In Marvel Heroes 2016
Elektra, the femme fatale of Hell's Kitchen makes her debut in Gazillion's Marvel Heroes 2016.
The famed assassin is the 57th playable hero for the game, and can now be purchased for play. When the developers were creating her, they really wanted to highlight the assassin title in her move set.
"We opted for a more target-selection mechanic to represent Elektra's assassination skills rather than basing her strictly around stealth, to differentiate her from other assassins in the game,” says Michael May, Senior Game Designer at Gazillion. “She does have stealth mechanics, but her gameplay is mostly driven around finding high-value targets, marking them, then taking them out.”
While the character can still utilize some stealth abilities, she's more about damage dealing and using debuffs to hinder her enemies. Using a combination of her trademark sais, rope darts, and shurikens, Elektra can deal damage in a variety of ways. By default, she dons her classic costume, but for Daredevil fans, she also has access to her new look from the hit Netflix show.
