John Krasinski is back for a special holiday episode of "Some Good News" and enlisted the help of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson to spread some Christmas cheer.

Krasinski introduced his favorite "hero parent" of the week: Jay Abel. A widowed father of two, Abel, like most people during the pandemic, has been financially struggling, but not wanting to ruin Christmas, he put all his favorite stuff on eBay to sell so he could buy his kids presents.

"I'm just trying to be what I expect of a father. I'm not doing nothing special," Abel told Krasinski during the Dec. 20 episode. "I'm a collector. They're my favorite stuff. But my children are more important than me."

"The Office" alum revealed he tried to purchase some collectibles from Abel's eBay store, but Abel blocked his transaction because he thought Krasinski was a "scammer." Since Krasinski wasn't able to help, he reached out to his friend Dwanta Claus — aka Johnson.

Earlier this month, Abel tweeted at Johnson to help him gain traction for his online store.

"Your tweet really moved me," Johnson said. "Of all the things you could've asked me… the only thing you wanted was a retweet. I thought Dwanta Claus can do better than a retweet."

Johnson told Abel to take all his memorabilia off eBay because he would take care of his kids' Christmas list.

“I also want your kids to know what kind of father they have,” Johnson said. “So, I hear that you like comics… when this whole thing is done and when it’s safe, I want you to come down to Southern California and I want you to visit us at the DC Universe and we’ll show you around, give you a whole bunch of cool DC swag."

Johnson wasn't quite done with spreading joy yet. He let Abel know that once he's done filming "Black Adam," he'll sign the script and gift it to him.

"Thank you, I'm speechless, thank you Rock," Abel said.
