‘Duck Dynasty’ Advice for the Perfect 25th Wedding Anniversary Gift
Willie and Korie Robertson celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary on Duck Dynasty. And since the 25th anniversary is such a special occasion, Willie sought out some advice for selecting the perfect anniversary present to get his wife.
Luckily Willie’s older brother Alan had already celebrated his 25th anniversary, so he had a recommendation. “I got Lisa 24 red roses, and then one white rose right in the middle.” As Alan continued, he might have overshared: “There were other things — we took a trip, but she got the runs.”
Willie’s brother Jase also had some advice, and it was piercing. He recommended Willie buy his wife 25 earrings. Willie’s other brother Jep said he could use the 25th odd earring for himself, saying, “You could be like Harrison Ford. He looks good with an earring.”
Ultimately it didn’t matter because Willie and Korie realized that 2016 was only their 24th wedding anniversary. So it looks like the show’s producers and Willie will have another year to pick out the ideal present.
