Dua Lipa's Abs Are A Literal Six-Pack In New Bikini Instagram Photos

  • Dua Lipa's six-pack abs are the star of her new vacation pictures on Instagram.

  • The 25-year-old singer showed off her toned core while wearing string bikini bottoms with a crop top in Albania.

  • Dua says she sculpts her core with a wide variety of crunches and planks in addition to regular morning workouts.


Dua Lipa is soaking up the summer sun in Albania, and she shared a series of fun pics that showed off her super toned abs on Instagram. Dua, who is currently spending some time in Kep Merli, Albania, shared four pics with her IG followers that show her chilling seaside and also swimming. (Fun fact: Dua is part Albanian, and her parents spoke Albanian while she was growing up, per Vanity Fair.)

"I never wanna leave!!!! @kepmerli 🇦🇱❤️," she captioned the pics. I don't blame her, those views are stunning and so are Dua's abs.

In some of the pics, Dua is wearing a cropped tee, a trucker hat and string bikini bottoms showing off a literal six-pack glowing under that bright Albanian sunshine.

In another video, she holds her adorable pup before revealing those super toned abs once again in a string bikini.

And Dua credits it to some early morning workouts that usually start at 8:30 a.m. "Whether it’s on Zoom, doing a workout with my friend Ella in L.A. who leads a kickass workout class called Sculpt With Ella, or with my best friend Bunny who comes over to train me on days when I’m feeling super lazy and need someone to get me motivated, getting physical really starts my day off right," she told Refinery29.

And if she's short on time, she'll opt for some high-intensity interval training (HIIT). "I try and work out as much as I can," Dua told New Zealand magazine Viva in 2018, noting that she tries to work out every day, even for a few minutes. "I love doing something that’s really fast and quick, like a 15-minute HIIT session which I can do before I start my day. If I’ve got a really early call time, I don’t want to be waking up hours before I need to to go and do a workout. So a high-intensity workout, shower, breakfast, and I’m on my way."

And to get those washboard abs, she does "variations of crunches" like bicycle crunches and leg raises. "Planks are good, although almost certainly my least favorite!"

As for her diet, Dua loves to cook at home. "With all the running around I do for work, it’s nice to come home, slow down, and connect with the food that nourishes my body and life," she told Refinery29.

And she tries to eat an overall 'healthy' diet. "I try and stay as healthy as possible whenever I can," Lipa told Adidas, per Beauty Crew. "I'm never one to stop myself having treats, I do love naughty treats. But I try and limit it to days when I'm not as busy, because if I do eat a doughnut it usually puts me in a food coma!"
