Dua Lipa Wears a Bodysuit with Underarm Cutouts
Dua Lipa has taken the cutout trend to a new level.
In her latest dispatch from the European leg of her Future Nostalgia Tour, the pop star takes in Paris with some friends while wearing a bodysuit that puts a twist on the cold-shoulder cutout. In the photos shared on Instagram, the "Levitating" singer wears a purple-and-blue long-sleeved leotard, featuring underarm cutouts and a circular cutout at the chest, with baggy trousers hanging below her hips.
The star finished the look with a large jeweled choker necklace and a pair of brown sunglasses, adding a blue leather jacket in some pics.
"Paris c'est le sang," she captioned the post.
Later, the star shared another slideshow of pics from a night out with friends in the City of Light, with the star pairing a pink t-shirt with high-waisted green pants and zebra-print heels. She finished the Y2K-evoking look with a yellow-plaid shoulder bag.
The London-born star has shared several photo dumps showcasing her offstage looks on Instagram over the course of the world tour. Last week she stepped out in two very different outfits in her hometown, one leather, one denim, both featuring extra-high boots standing in for pants. She even wore an iteration of Diesel's celeb-favored pantaboots last March, in an acid-washed hue that matched another all-denim outfit.
While she's currently on her long-awaited tour for her 2020 album, Lipa said in a recent interview that she has also been working on new music. When asked whether her album will be different from her previous two, Lipa said, "I've definitely grown up. Overall, whether it’s sonically or in terms of the themes, I've matured. It's like I'm coming into my power and not afraid to talk about things. It's about understanding what I want."
