Training season's over — it's finally time for a new Dua Lipa album.

The Grammy winner unveiled the title and cover art of her forthcoming third studio album Radical Optimism on Wednesday, and the 11-track project is set to be released on May 3.

"A couple years ago, a friend introduced me to the term Radical Optimism. It’s a concept that resonated with me, and I became more curious as I started to play with it and weave it into my life," Lipa, 28, said in a statement. "It struck me – the idea of going through chaos gracefully and feeling like you can weather any storm."

The "One Kiss" singer then teased various genres she'll explore on the album: "At the same time, I found myself looking through the music history of psychedelia, trip hop, and Britpop. It has always felt so confidently optimistic to me, and that honesty and attitude is a feeling I took into my recording sessions."

Radical Optimism has so far been preceded by two singles. "Houdini," released in November 2023, featured electro-psychedelic elements and reached No. 11 on the Billboard Hot 100. Its follow-up, the disco-pop "Training Season," dropped last month and hit No. 27 on the chart.

Lipa recently performed both songs at the 2024 Grammy Awards last month, where her Barbie soundtrack hit "Dance the Night" was nominated for both song of the year and best song written for visual media.

During a recent interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, the "Don't Start Now" musician revealed she "wrote 97 songs" for Radical Optimism in a notebook purchased from CVS.

"I started writing for this album in 2021, and I just wanted to write my ideas down," Lipa said on the talk show last month. "So, I went down to CVS, and I just bought a random notebook. Had I have known how important that book would’ve been, maybe I would’ve gotten a more fancy one."

Host Jimmy Kimmel, 56, expressed surprise that she would acquire such an important book from a pharmacy. "I love CVS. I’m obsessed with it," responded Lipa. "There’s nothing like a CVS or going in and buying a bunch of stuff you don’t need."

After showing off the actual notebook, Lipa revealed, "It’s got every single song I’ve written for this album. I wrote 97 songs."
