A press release from the Monmouth County Prosecutor revealed that 52-year-old Lee D'Avanzo was arrested and immediately charged with conspiracy to be in possession of over 50 grams of marijuana. The cops were able to get him down to the station, where he was asked to give his statement. With everything that has been going on with the couple, the cops are almost certain that this final act was the last straw, and the matter may be brought before a judge very soon.

Aside from being in the company of an unbearable amount of drugs and firearms, Drita D'Avanzo has also faced a major problem with Farrah Abraham in the past. According to some unconfirmed reports, Abraham reportedly filed for a restraining order against the reality star for unknown reasons.

It seems like the couple are not relenting in their lifestyles, and things may be getting really bad for them. Both parties have not been able to clear their names from the arrest in 2019, and the police say investigations are still going on.
