Dream Matches That WWE Fans Want To See For The Women's Division

WWE's Women's Revolution is still going strong. The current crop of female talent continues to make history and inspire young fans across the globe.

Last year, history was made when Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair, and Ronda Rousey main-evented Wrestlemania 35.

WWE's former Women's champions praised the current roster and voiced their desire to one day step back inside the ring with these talented ladies.

Wrestling fans are always coming up with dream matches pitting WWE legends against the current roster.

So let's take a look at a few matches fans would love to see for the women's division.

Sasha Banks vs. Trish Stratus

Last year, Trish Stratus returned at SummerSlam for a match against Charlotte Flair to determine who was the true queen of WWE. Flair would end up walking out the winner of that match.

Stratus showed she's still in good shape and can keep up with today's wrestlers. Fans wonder if Trish has it in her for one more match, this time with The Boss.

Sasha Banks is one of WWE's top wrestlers and she's let it be known that her dream match would be with Trish Stratus. At the 2018 Royal Rumble, a potential feud between Sasha and Trish was teased during the battle royal.

Nothing came of Sasha and Trish's showdown, but maybe one day we'll see the two do battle inside the ring.

Becky Lynch vs. Lita

There's no denying that Becky Lynch is the hottest star in WWE's women's division.

After years of living in the shadow of her friend Charlotte Flair, Lynch finally cemented her role as WWE's top female performer.

Lynch has had a phenomenal year in 2019 and her success is only going to get bigger.

Could 2020 bring her a match against WWE icon Lita?

In some ways, Lita and Becky are a lot alike. During her wrestling days, Lita was always considered the underdog. Lita was always getting thrown over in favor of Trish Stratus, yet she proved to be just as popular as her frenemy.

Becky versus Lita is no doubt a dream match fans would love to see. Maybe WWE could pull some strings to get Lita to return for one more match against Lynch.

Bayley vs. Molly Holly

Current Smackdown Women's Champion Bayley transformed from a loveable good girl to a heel last year.

Fans were stunned by her heel turn, yet it offered a fresh start for the star, who seems felt had become stale.

WWE legend Molly Holly was known for her sweet personality both in and out of the ring. But for a majority of Holly's career, she was known as a heel.

Bayley's current heel character is drawing comparisons to Molly Holly, leading many to wonder if there's a possible match in their future. Molly is one of Bayley's wrestling inspirations and we're sure she'd love nothing more than to have a match with her idol.

Charlotte Flair vs. Mickie James

Charlotte Flair has accomplished a lot in her WWE career. She's a 10-time champion and last year she faced WWE icon Trish Stratus.

But could Flair face another WWE legend.

During a recent Q&A on Twitter, Charlotte revealed she would love to one day have a match with Mickie James.

Mickie returned to WWE in 2016 after a six-year absence. She's considered one of the top stars during WWE's Golden Era in women's wrestling. While her current run in WWE has been less than memorable, it's introduced her to a new group of fans.

Currently, Mickie is out due to injury, but maybe once she's better she can return for a match against Charlotte.
