Draya Michele And Jalen Green Welcome Baby Girl: “I’m Forever Grateful”

Draya Michele has given birth to her and Jalen Green’s baby girl!

The model and entrepreneur took to Instagram on Friday (May 17), to post a carousel of photos that included nine white flower arrangements and her newborn’s feet.

“In 2021 on Mother’s Day, my dad passed away. Since then, it’s been extremely hard to celebrate that day without remembering the earth shattering phone call I received that morning,” the 39-year-old wrote. “Well, this Mother’s Day was different. My daughter was safely brought into this world and I’m forever grateful for the new memories we all get to experience moving forward. Love + Light everyone.”

The Houston Rockets player has yet to publicly announce the arrival of his second daughter born this year.

The couple celebrated the anticipation of their baby girl with a cherry-themed baby shower in April. They threw the all-red shindig with their friends and family, who captured moments from the celebratory event. The Mint Swim owner wore a ruby-red three-piece ensemble baring her baby bump, as Green sported a red and white pin-striped set.

“The parents [heart eyes],” one person captioned an Instagram Story of the shower, as another typed red hearts over a head-to-toe video of the 39-year-old.

Draya announced that she was expecting with her beau in March, which sparked outrage over their 17-year age gap.

The former Basketball Wives LA star already has two sons aged 21 and seven from two separate relationships. Jalen now has two children as he recently welcomed a baby girl with another woman named Myah Lakopo. The 23-year-old gave birth this passing February.

According to TMZ‘s sources, Myah doesn’t have an issue with Green spreading his seeds simultaneously and also hasn’t spoken to Draya. Allegedly, Green and the college student were never in a “serious” relationship when their baby girl, Peace Moira Lakopo, was conceived.

Myah posted a photo of her daughter with birth information showing, and she did not give their newborn daughter Green’s last name.
