Drake's Baby Mama Shares Photos Hanging With Pope Francis, Gave Him Sick Gift
Drake’s baby mama was able to get up close and personal with Pope Francis, where she gifted him her artwork.
Earlier this month, Sophie Brussaux, the mother of Drake’s son Adonis, went on a trip with friends to Vatican City. She shared photos of her in the same room as Pope Francis. Brussaux is an artist who is known for her celebrity portraits. While on her trip she posed with a painting she did of Pope Francis.
Brussaux is now sharing more snaps from the trip, which shows her giving Pope Francis her artwork of him.
She wrote, “A great honor to meet Pope Francis and offer him his portrait painted by me in honor of his concert for the poor, with the poor, on November 9, 2019. Many thanks to @etihadmodernart for giving me this wonderful opportunity 🙏.”
She continued, “Green is the color of hope, and red is the color of the fight against poverty. Such an honor to meet Pope Francis and gift him the portrait I painted for him in honor of his concert on November 9, 2019. Thank you @etihadmodernart for giving me this amazing opportunity.”
She added, “I used green, the color of hope, with red, the color designated by @undp to fight poverty. A great honor to find Papa Francesco and give him the painting I made for him, for the occasion of his concert for the poor, with the poor, on November 9, 2019. Use the green to symbolize Hope, and the red represents the fight against poverty.”

Drake and Brussaux have kept their relationship pretty private. They appear to co-parent successfully and even hung out for Adonis’ 2nd birthday party. She has made several trips out to Toronto recently where Drake lives.
Brussaux is an artist who lives in Paris, who is known for painting celebrity portraits including Angelina Jolie, Amy Winehouse, Leonardo DiCaprio, Michelle Obama and Beyoncé.
She recently shared some throwbacks of her pregnancy with Adonis. She wrote, “Only a handful of weeks left, over 200lbs. Looks like I’m carrying twins, but I swear I’m not.” Adonis was born on October 24, 2017.
The rapper has been a tad tight-lipped about his son. He has rapped about Adonis in his sons including “Emotionless.” He said, “I wasn’t hiding my kid from the world, I was hiding the world from my kid / From empty souls who just wake up and look to debate / Until you staring at your seed, you could never relate.”
Drake and his own father, Dennis Graham, recently patched up things following a public spat. Dennis publicly claimed Drake made up stuff about his childhood to write better songs. Drake denied the allegations by his father. The two eventually made up when Drake showed up to Halloween dressed as his dad.
