Drake is in his feelings about his mom.

On Wednesday, the 37-year-old Canadian rapper shared a sweet moment with followers Instagram involving his mom, Sandi Graham.

In the post, Drake included a photo of his mom smiling at the camera with her phone in her hand. In the next slide, he zoomed in to make the message visible.

Graham, 64, texted someone: "I always cry when I come to his concerts....I'm so proud of him."

The "One Dance" artist captioned the post, "Posting this as a forever core memory."

Drake is currently on the road for the It's All a Blur Tour: Big as the What? with J. Cole. The rappers have a show on Wednesday in Buffalo, New York, before traveling to Kansas City, Missouri, for two nights on Saturday and Sunday.

In December, Drake shared a special moment from his Christmas celebrations on Instagram, posing with his mom and his son, 6-year-old Adonis. Drake shares his son with French artist Sophie Brussaux.

"Gifted you things with and without barcodes, gave with every fiber of my soul, Gia stones that glowed and Chanel flaps that overflowed, I even gave you the tools to avoid reaping what you sowed…but somehow different stories are being told on road," he captioned the shot.

During his It's All a Blur Tour stop at Madison Square Garden in New York City in July of last year, he was joined onstage by Graham and serenaded her with 2011's "Look What You've Done," a song dedicated to their family.

According to fan-filmed videos from the concert, Graham sat next to Drake on a couch and looked at him lovingly as he rapped the song, which features lyrics about his upbringing and desire to take care of her after finding success in the entertainment industry.

"You get the operation you dreamed of / And I finally send you to Rome / And get to make good on my promise / It all worked out girl, we shoulda known / 'Cause you deserve it," rapped Drake, prompting Sandi to smile and wrap her son in a passionate hug.

As he continued performing the Take Care track, Sandi put her hand over her face, appearing to hold back tears during the emotional moment.

"Look What You've Done" was the opening song in Drake's set, and the tour marked the first time he's performed the track since 2012.
