Drake And J. Cole Announce Joint 2024 Tour
Drake and J. Cole are hitting the road for a joint tour in 2024.
Drizzy took to social media to announce the It’s All A Blur—Big As The What? Tour, which will run through North America next year. According to Drake Related, the tour will be a 22-date trek presented by Cash App and Visa with production from Live Nation. Of the 22 dates, 18 of the shows will feature an appearance from Cole.
The pair will kick off the tour on Thursday (Jan. 18) at the Ball Arena in Denver, CO, with two back-to-back shows. The “Jodeci” duo will then hit major cities across the States, including New Orleans, Memphis, Tampa, Pittsburgh, Buffalo, NY, and more. Dreamville’s boss will make his last appearance at Lexington, KY’s Rupp Arena on Sunday (Mar. 10).
The announcement arrives on the heels of J. Cole scoring his first Billboard Hot 100 no. 1. J. Cole discussed his milestone on Lil Yachty’s A Safe Place Podcast. After his feature on Drake’s “First Person Shooter” landed at the top spot, the “Apparently” rapper called the moment bittersweet.
“If it would’ve went No. 2 it wouldn’t have mattered. I wouldn’t have felt no way. If the other song would’ve went No. 1, it’s like, bruh, I’m cool.
“If that other song would’ve gone No. 1, ni**a, I’m still grateful I’m a part of it,” he continued. “I wasn’t at home like, ‘Come on y’all! Pick up the streams, man! We gotta beat this motherf**kin’ Yeat! Come on!’ […] What got ‘First Person Shooter’ to No. 1 was me and [Drake’s] fans still buy iTunes singles […] the digital actual sales of the song. I don’t know who’s still buying them bi**hes but, you know, appreciate y’all.”
Regardless of his feelings, fans are sure to see Drizzy and Cole perform the hit song during their new tour.
