Drake Hangs With His Son Adonis, Teases Fans With Rare Photo
Drake is giving people a rare glimpse of his 2-year-old son Adonis on social media.
The rapper took to social media posting a photo of his son’s leg. Adonis is wearing a sock that reads, “I Love Daddy.” He has yet to share a full photo of his son.
Drake has been slowly opening up about his child in the past two years. He originally was very tight-lipped about details and was slow to confirm to rumors of his child.
He recently threw a big bash for Adonis birthday at his new mansion in Toronto. One of the guests included Drake’s baby mama, Sophie Brussaux, who shared photos from the party.
Drake and Brussaux have maintained a quiet but successful co-parenting relationship over time.
Brussaux is an artist who lives in Paris, where she paints celebrity portraits including Angelina Jolie, Angela Bassett, Amy Winehouse, Leonardo DiCaprio, Michelle Obama and Beyoncé. Brussaux also works with other forms of art besides portraits.
The two have been sharing more details and photos of their son recently. Brussaux even shared throwbacks from her pregnancy showing off her baby bump. She captioned the post, “Only a handful of weeks left, over 200lbs. Looks like I’m carrying twins, but I swear I’m not.” Adonis was born on October 24, 2017.
Brussaux has been spending a lot of time in Toronto recently but has not been photographed with Drake.

Drake has spoken about Adonis in several of his songs. He spoke about his son on his album “Scorpion”. On his track “Emotionless” he said, “I wasn’t hiding my kid from the world, I was hiding the world from my kid / From empty souls who just wake up and look to debate / Until you staring at your seed, you could never relate.”
He went even deeper on the track “March 14”, “Yesterday morning was crazy / I had to come to terms with the fact that it’s not a maybe / That shit is in stone, sealed and signed / She’s not my lover like Billie Jean, but the kid is mine / Sandi used to tell me all it takes is one time / Shit, we only met two times. Two times / And both times were nothing like the new times / Now it’s rough times/ I’m out here on front lines just tryna make sure that I see him sometimes. It’s breaking my spirit / A single father, I hate when I hear it.”
Drake recently patched up things with his own father, Dennis Graham, on Halloween. He showed up to a party in full costume as his dad.
The two had been beefing after Dennis gave an interview where he claimed Drake admitted his lyrics weren’t true. Dennis claimed the lyrics about him being an absentee father weren’t true. Drake would come out after "My father will say anything to anymore that's willing to listen to him. It's sad when family gets like this but what can we really do that's the people we are stuck with … every bar I ever spit was the truth and the truth is hard for some people to accept.”
The two appeared to make amends and were seen laughing in the photo.
