Dr. Pimple Popper -- Monster Blackhead Is So Painful It Needs Double Numbing Injections
Dr. Pimple Popper normally numbs the area in which she is popping a gigantic pimple, but this monster blackhead was so painful it required TWO injections!
In the video, Dr. Sandra Lee asks this gentleman if it hurts while she is attempting the first round of popping...and he says yes!
So...she reaches for her numbing injection needle, and we actually get to see her give him the shot directly in the blackhead. Ouch!

Needs Another Injection...
"Even blackheads like to play hard to get!" Dr. Sandra Lee captioned the newest video.
As you can see...it takes a second needle to get this blackhead numb enough to actually pop it out.
A few popaholics are not fans of the extaction tool, "Ahhhh I hate that you use that tool. Doesn’t make it as fun to watch. Use your fingertips and squeeze. The tool leaves marks anyway and looks painful so might as well just squeeze with your fingertips," one fan said.
It finally gets numb and the good doctor tears this bad boy out of it's hole!
Tearing It From The Body!
Interestingly, a few fans pointed out the massive blackhead above this one, and how Dr. PP ignores it.
"Now I want to see that other big mamajama above that one," a fan posted.
Take a look at the video, it's crazy how the doctor is forced to slice it open and actually pull the blackhead out from the base instead of squeezing it. "This looks like what came out of my cartilage piercing," a fan said after seeing it pop out.
We have to agree with this one, "all I want for Christmas is for you to have a blackhead like this!"
