Dr. Dre has reached a temporary financial agreement with his estranged wife, Nicole Young, as their multimillion-dollar divorce battle continues.

According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, the superior court of California has ordered the producer (né Andre Romelle Young), 55, to pay Nicole $2 million by Monday. "Andre shall maintain the financial status quo, including but not limited to‚ the payment of all of Nicole's expenses consistent with her spending since [the] date of separation, which includes paying for all expenses relating to the Malibu residence and the residence in the Palisades," the documents state. "Andre shall advance the sum of $2 million to Nicole on or before Jan. 11, 2021."

The court has also ordered Nicole, 51, to cover the cost of her own security expenses until April 14. The parties involved are scheduled to participate in "an additional day-long settlement conference with Honorable Louis Meisigner (Ret.) during the month of January 2021."

The agreement comes days after it was announced that Dr. Dre was in recovery at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center after suffering a brain aneurysm.

On Tuesday, a source told PEOPLE the music mogul was "lucid" in recovery. Soon after, he was in stable condition and provided a health update on Instagram, writing that he was "doing great and getting excellent care."

That same night, just hours after news broke that he had been hospitalized, his $50 million Brentwood Estates mansion was the target of an attempted burglary, according to the Los Angeles Police Department. Four suspects were arrested in connection to the incident, the LAPD confirms to PEOPLE. They were detained and taken into custody. The investigation remains ongoing.

PEOPLE confirms Young filed for divorce on Monday, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for their separation

PEOPLE confirmed in June that Nicole filed for divorce from Dre and cited irreconcilable differences as the cause of their split, after 24 years of marriage.

The estranged couple are parents to their son Truice, 24, and daughter Truly, 20. Dr. Dre is also dad to four children from previous relationships: Tyra, La Tanya Danielle, Marcel and Curtis Young. His late son Andre Young Jr. died in 2008 at age 20.

In 2019, Forbes estimated Dre's net worth at $800 million, which ranked him at No. 2 on the year's list of the world's wealthiest hip-hop artists. In December of that same year, Dre topped the earnings of the decade list with $950 million, mostly resultant of his Beats Electronics sales.
