Sep. 29—ASHLAND — Foxfire Music and Arts Festival 2023 will be Sept. 30 and Oct. 1 at the Ashland Riverfront.

Rising Nashville artist Morgan Wade will headline on Saturday.

Her debut album, "Reckless," impressed critics and encouraged her to be even more open on "Psychopath," her second, full-length studio album released last month featuring original songs she's written, as well as contributions from some of Nashville's top songwriters.

Other performers on Saturday will include Kameron Marlowe, Uncle Lucius, Kat Hasty, Kendell Marvel, Pillbox Patti, Corduroy Brown, Emmy Davis and Justin Pruitt.

Singer-songwriter-musician-actress Elle King will headline on Sunday. Her debut EP, "The Elle King EP," released in 2012, produced the Top 10 single "Ex's and Oh's" and earned her two Grammy Award nominations. She has toured with The Chicks, Heart, Joan Jett and Miranda Lambert.

Also performing on Sunday will be Larry Fleet, Tanner Usrey, JR Carroll, Nolan Taylor, Cassandra Lewis, Jayce Turley, Hunter Flynn and Tayler Waller.

Doors will open at 2 p.m. on both days; tickets range from $99.98 to $199.98.
