Stocks in the red include Profire Energy as the oilfield services firm announced a secondary offering of 7.5 million shares; Tenet Healthcare as the hospital operator was downgraded to ‘Hold’ at Jefferies citing valuation; and Constellation Brands, with shares of the Corona brewer dropping as it missed on earnings citing higher transportation costs, an unfavorable foreign currency situation, and marketing investments.

Stocks in the green include Vertex Pharmacy as shares soar to a three-month high after rival Galapagos released disappointing results for their cystic fibrosis treatment; KB Home as the homebuilder beat on earnings, citing higher home prices and tighter supply; and Wells Fargo, with shares ripping higher as the bank passed the latest stress tests, and the Fed approved its plan to return $33 billion to shareholders in the coming year.
