Doug Emhoff revealed some fun facts people may not know about his wife, Vice President Kamala Harris, on Monday's episode of Watch What Happens Live!

The second gentleman, 59, opened up with the fact that Harris, also 59, “loves old school hip-hop” from the “Bay Area” — which encompasses Oakland, California, where she grew up. This prompted host Andy Cohen to ask, “Does she call you Doug E. Fresh?”

“She does actually... Dougie,” he said. “But Doug E. Fresh came to our hip-hop party. We have this great picture of me and Doug E. Fresh [posing].”

Emhoff went on to say that the vice president, whom he met in 2013 and married a year later, is an “amazing, amazing chef” who “loves to cook,” and praised her for the hobby, saying that it was “pretty incredible.”

“I heard that when she leaves town for long journeys she freezes sauces for you and stuff,” Cohen said, to which Emhoff joked, “There are some waiting for me [now].”

He also noted that she had a special talent for imitating his mother, Barbara Emhoff.

“She does an incredible impersonation of my 83-year-old Jewish mother Barb,” he told Cohen before trying to mimic Harris. “‘Look at you. Look—’ and so she’s incredible at impersonations.”

That tied in with the fact that she was also “family oriented,” according to Emhoff. “She loves, loves, loves her family like she’s so family oriented,” he said. “Our son Cole [Emhoff] just got married to Greenley [Littlejohn], and they asked her to officiate, and she just loves being around her family.”

Kamala Harris and husband Doug Emhoff join marchers for the Capital Pride Parade on June 12, 2021 in Washington, DC.

His final revelation was that Harris has been a “public servant her entire career,” and it is one of the things that he loves the most about her. Harris began her career as a deputy district attorney in Alameda County, California, before holding titles as the San Francisco district attorney, California attorney general, and U.S. senator. In 2020, she was tapped to join Joe Biden on the Democratic presidential ticket.

“She’s never done anything else but serve the people and do things to try to make our lives better," Emhoff said. "That’s the main thing about her that I love."

The pair have shared nothing but fond words for each other over the years. Harris previously shared with PEOPLE a few of the things she loves most about Emhoff as well, including his sense of humor and his patience, especially on stressful days.

"We're talking about the free world," she said. "These are serious times, and the challenges are incredibly serious, but we don't take ourselves too seriously in the context of our relationship. You just have to flow and know what's really important."
