We don't even know if Cara Delevingne and Paris Jackson are a thing, but the internet already has them in a love triangle

Now taking suggestions for a couple nickname for Cara Delevingne and Paris Jackson.

On Thursday, the women with an ambiguous relationship status went from the opening of the Longchamp Fifth Avenue store opening in NYC, where they came and left separately, out clubbing together, and then back to a hotel room for a Tonight Show viewing party. Cara, 25, and Paris, 20, have been inseparable as of late — and rumor has it they will be attending the Met Gala together on Monday. And, yes, we mean together together.

Are they friends — or are they lovers? A photo of them kissing in March suggests there is much more to their relationship. However, neither one is labeling the relationship (Paris recently ignored a photographer’s question about it), so it’s led to great speculation on the internet.

In fact, the internet already has Cara, who is bisexual, and Paris, who has not talked openly about her sexuality, in a love triangle with Amber Heard because, if they are dating, of course one of Hollywood’s most well-known bisexual actresses must somehow be trying to break them up. (The rumor started two days ago after Amber posted a photo in which she’s nibbling on Cara’s ear.)

To be on the safe side, this person came up with couple nicknames for both Paris and Cara and Amber and Cara. Smart.

What we do know is that Cara and Paris have been friendly for at least a year. On May 7, 2017, they were photographed together, along with Stranger Things actress Millie Bobby Brown, at the 2017 MTV Movie and TV Awards.

Late last year they started to be seen together.

In February, the women, both models and actresses, posed together at the Burberry show during London Fashion Week. While in London, they were photographed holding hands.

The public kiss session was after that, in March, while they were hanging out with Jackson’s godfather, Macaulay Culkin, and his girlfriend, Brenda Song.

The kiss was preceded by the Suicide Squad star sitting on the Michael Jackson’s daughter’s lap at one point outside Carlitos Gardel restaurant in West Hollywood. They also slow-danced. At the time, E! News implied that it was romantic, writing that Paris had her head on Cara and “looked like she didn’t want to let go.” However, a People source said, “They have a flirty friendship but aren’t dating or in a relationship.”

Delevingne has popped up on Jackson’s social media — a lot. Last night, Jackson posted a photo of just their bodies cozied up side by side.

They also hung out in a hotel room together to watch Cara’s sister Poppy Delevingne on the Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. At one point, Cara walked by in Paris’s video.

But Paris is often ‘gramming Cara. In March, just prior to the kiss, Paris shared a photo on her Instagram stories of them cozied up watching Carol together. Maybe it was a coincidence, maybe it wasn’t, but the movie is, of course, about two women in love.

Just the other day, Paris shared with her fans that she had arrived in NYC — and that Cara was her co-pilot.

Around the same time, Paris shared a pic of Cara kissing someone’s back tattoo of a British flag. It’s unclear whether it’s one of tattoo lover Paris’s — or someone else’s.

Paris posted a photo of Cara with a big lipstick kiss on her cheek.

Two days ago, the women, dressed alike in pot leaf shirts and hair scarves, posed with CR Fashion Book’s Carine Roitfeld.

There is chatter that Cara and Paris will walk Monday’s Met Gala red carpet together. Right now, it remains chatter, but it would be a moment.

If they are a couple, this will be Paris’s first big relationship since she split with Michael Snoddy. Cara was previously linked with singer St. Vincent.
