SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — Puerto Rican rapper, singer-songwriter and actor Don Omar has added San Diego to his list of stops on his “Back to Reggaeton Tour.”

Don Omar, who kicked off his tour last month, announced he has added 18 more dates in the second of his tour, including a show at Pechanga Arena on Aug. 23 at 8 p.m.

The second part of his tour starts on Aug. 7 in Oakland, Calif. followed by other West Coast shows in Sacramento, Seattle and Portland. The tour ends Sept. 15 in Elmont, N.Y.

“Back to Reggaeton” is Don Omar’s first major tour in almost a decade. He and fellow Puerto Rican hip-hop/Reggaeton artist, Daddy Yankee, performed together on stage for The Kingdom Tour in 2016. Then, Don Omar announced his retirement from the stage in 2017.

Outside of music, the artist also played the character Rico Santos in the blockbuster “Fast & Furious” film franchise.

Tickets for the show at Pechanga Arena go on sale starting Wednesday.
