Dolores Catania is spilling secrets on the upcoming season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey.

Chatting with PEOPLE on Thursday at the Global Lyme Alliance GLA Gala, the reality star said fans shouldn't expect that previous friendships between the group will be remain intact when the Bravo show returns for season 14.

"You're going to see a shift in friends that you wouldn't expect," Catania teased on the red carpet at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York City. "Like, that's the hugest thing — a real shift in friends."

Fans might be able to piece some of those shifts together already. Sisters-in-law Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga ended last season at odds, with Giudice saying she'd never speak to Gorga again. And PEOPLE confirmed last month that former pals Jennifer Aydin and Danielle Cabral got into an explosive fight that turned physical, leading for both of them to be suspended.

Friend of the show Jackie Goldschneider also revealed during a visit to Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen earlier this month that she and once-close ally Margaret Josephs have been on the outs.

But Catania told PEOPLE it's more than just that. "Of course, there is the obvious ones that we know about, but there's been such a mix-up, I want to call it," she says.

"There's some rumors buzzing around that a lot of stuff has been happening this season and a lot of stuff has! It's unpredictable," Catania added. "You'll like it. What am I going to say? You'll like it. It's killing us, but you’ll like it! You have something to look forward to for sure."

Filming is still underway for this season of RHONJ, though it's expected to wrap soon. An official premiere date as yet to be announced.

Rachel Fuda completes the cast of Housewives, while Jennifer Fessler is a Friend.

Cameras have been following Catania's relationship with boyfriend Paul “Paulie” Connell. The two made their relationship Instagram-official on Valentine's Day 2022, and he began appearing on RHONJ last season. Viewers will see more of him in season 14, too.

"He has filmed a lot with me," Catania told PEOPLE. "He's a great boyfriend but also, a very good friend. He handles this life pretty good."

"It's not easy to have your relationship everywhere!" Catania admitted. "But he finds it fun. He's having a blast. I'm like, 'Oh, you have fun at this party that God knows what just happened?'"

As for the Global Lyme Alliance GLA Gala, Catania said she's been coming to the event for years and loves supporting the cause. "Lyme doesn't discriminate between young or old. And it affects people worldwide," she explained. "There's often misdiagnosis. And a lot of doctors brush them off, telling them it's in their head and not showing up in the blood work. So people often give up hope, they suffer so much."

"My heart goes out to the people with Lyme," she added. "I just want them to understand don't ever give up — don't give up hope, don't give up faith. And you're not alone."
