The iconic blue-and-white outfit looked stunning on Parton, who modified it with extra sparkles and a sheer bodysuit covering her abs and legs. Her petite figure and gorgeous curves were on display as she smiled throughout the joyous set during halftime at the Dallas Cowboys and the Washington Commanders game. She not only nailed her classic singles, “Jolene” and “9 to 5,” but she also honored Queen with a mashup of “We Are the Champions” and “We Will Rock You.”
Parton’s energy and daring look inspired many of the fans on the Dallas Cowboys Instagram page. “Hands down my all-time favorite performance I’ve ever seen at the Dallas Cowboys stadium! She rocked that Dallas cowboy cheerleader outfit,” one follower wrote. “Dolly looked amazing!! And the show was great. I hope I can throw on a pair of Daisy Dukes & look like this at 77 yrs old,” another fan added.
And of course, there were a couple of critics who thought a woman in this season of life should be covered up, but Parton’s supporters had her back. “Dear haters, Dollie does not care. Thats all,” they added. Don’t worry, Parton has no problem confidently rocking the same uniform as the Dallas Cowboy cheerleaders, who are decades younger. A living legend like Parton is out there living her best life.
