Are you ready for some Dolly?

ESPN's Monday Night Football broadcasts will get a "Rockstar" edge by being paired with new tracks from a forthcoming rock-inspired studio album from Pigeon Forge, Tennessee's Rock and Roll Hall of Famer native.

On Sept. 25, Parton's Chris Stapleton-featuring cover of Bob Seger's 1976 hit "Night Moves" will be highlighted. On Oct. 16, her pairing with Pat Benatar and Neil Giraldo for the former's "Heartbreaker" will receive the prime-time spotlight. Following the album's Nov. 17 release, Rockstar's "Magic Man," featuring Ann Wilson with special guest Howard Leese, and the album's title track "Rockstar," with special guest Richie Sambora, will be heard in select Monday Night Football games the remainder of the year.

“I am excited for ESPN to spotlight songs from my new Rockstar album,” says Parton. “The athletes who give their all every day are most definitely rock stars, and I love that these songs will be a small part of celebrating their achievements.”

Sept. 25's Monday night football festivities will feature a double-play for country favorite Stapleton.

Monday Night Football has also released a new anthemic track featuring the "White Horse" vocalist alongside Snoop Dogg and Cindy Blackman Santana, reimagining Phil Collins’ “In the Air Tonight.”

Grammy-winning music producer Timbaland and Justin Timberlake’s music is also running in Monday Night Football promotional spots, live telecasts and pre-game shows for seven weeks this season.

Regarding Parton's forthcoming 30-track, 53rd studio album, it features an all-star roster of musicians performing 9 original tracks and 21 covers of rock anthems.

The album's cover of 4 Non Blondes' "What's Up," featuring the band's vocalist (and noted songwriter) Linda Perry, has also been released.

Perry noted the following via a press statement:

“How is one supposed to react when the greatest and most prolific songwriter in the world wants to cover a song YOU wrote? Her version of What’s Up? is so good. Her spin on it made me feel like it was her song. No surprise there. Being on set making the video was a comfortable easy experience. The vibe on set was chill and Dolly and I got to catch up and laugh a lot. I could go on and on, obviously I’m a fan!”

Parton's album collaborators have over three billion combined career album sales to their names. Among them: members of groups including Aerosmith, The Beatles, Bon Jovi, Creedence Clearwater Revival, The Doobie Brothers, Duran Duran, Fleetwood Mac, Heart, Joan Jett and The Blackhearts, Journey, Judas Priest, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Motley Crue, The Police and Steely Dan.

Of the release overall, Parton adds that she "counts it as an honor, privilege and joy beyond measure" to "have worked with some of the greatest iconic singers and musicians of all time and to be able to sing all the iconic songs throughout the album."

"Rockstar" will be available as a 4 LP set, a 2 CD set, digital download and on all streaming services.
