Spiders are actually quite "freaky deaky" to Doja Cat.

On Instagram and Unwell's new podcast Close Friends Only, which debuted on Thursday, the "Woman" musician, 28, opened up about her dislike of the creatures to Ice Spice, despite having spider tattoos and her Scarlet album cover featuring an arachnid motif,

While Doja (whose real name is Amala Ratna Zandile Dlamini) was talking about how she's "100 percent" an animal person, she told the "Barbie World" rapper (whose real name Isis Naija Gaston), 23, that she doesn't like bugs.

"F--- bugs. Those aren't animals to me, though. Those are creatures from f---ing space," she told Ice Spice.

Ice Spice also said she has an aversion to "mostly insects" and is "so scared of spiders."

"And people that have pet spiders, I'm scared of them, too," the "Munch" musician told Doja.

"I don't like spiders. I have them all over my body. They're part of my entire..." Doja trailed off, before Ice Spice replied: "You're gonna attract some spiders with that."

"I know. I feel like I am, but it's like conquering fear," the "Say So" performer replied.

Ice Spice noted that she loves butterflies because "they're not insects" to her, to which Doja agreed and called them "cute."

"I'll take a butterfly, a ladybug, you know what I mean?" Doja quipped.

"Moths could go to hell though," Ice Spice fired back, to which Doja largely agreed: "F--- a moth. Except for some moths are really f---ing cool looking."

Elsewhere in the episode, Ice Spice opened up about her first celebrity crush,

“I feel like you can learn a lot about someone from this one: Who was your first ever celebrity crush?” Doja asked Ice Spice.

Initially, the rising rap star played coy. “It’s so embarrassing,” she said, while giggling. “I shouldn't say it, right? Should I say it?”

While Doja reassured Ice Spice she didn't have to reveal the name, she explained that it isn't embarrassing as long the once-apple of her eye isn’t in her generation.

“It can’t be because I was a kid,” the Grammy-nominated rapper responded.

But she immediately gave in and said, “I’m just going to say it. It was Usher."

Ice Spice then mentioned she had a full circle moment when she ran into the R&B icon, 45, at the 2023 Met Gala.

“I saw him at the Met Gala. I was like — for the first time I’ve ever seen him — I'm like, ‘My God, it's him,’” she recalled.

Doja agreed that the “Yeah!” singer is indeed “beautiful.”
