Doja Cat, Quavo Reportedly Spotted On Dinner Date

Doja Cat and Quavo were reportedly spotted on a dinner date, The Daily Mail reports. The pair was seen hitting Carbone in New York City on Monday (Sept. 11), a day before Doja performed at the MTV VMAs. The Atlanta artist donned a powder blue and cream dress shirt, distressed denim jeans, and a pair of matching Nike Air Force Ones.

Doja Cat could be seen in an oversized denim jacket, floral bralette, and matching skirt. She finished the outfit with a pink purse and pink footwear. Pictures of the “Attention” star also show shots of her new tattoos. The new ink was spotted on her forearm, which she showed off on Instagram earlier that day. Her three tattoos were all lifted from the writings of late English writer and self-proclaimed “philosophical entertainer” Alan W. Watts.

“Never pretend to a love which you do not actually feel, for love is not ours to command,” one of her new tats read. “Muddy water is best cleared by leaving it alone,” another read.

“To remain stable is to refrain from trying to separate yourself from a pain because you know that you cannot,” Doja’s new ink on her opposite arm read. “Running away from fear is fear, fighting pain is pain, trying to be brave is being scared. If the mind is in pain, the mind is pain. The thinker has no other form than his thought. There is no escape.”

As for Quavo and Doja’s “date,” the latter previously opened up about being in love. The rapper told Angie Martinez in August 2023 about her love life and disclosed that she “evolved.”

“I love love. I’m possibly a serial dater. I definitely have had that in me a little bit,” the California native said. “But right now I’m in a different place in my life where I am very committed and very much in love in a different way than before.”

“I think I’ve evolved. I’m learning to love myself, so the way that I love other people is very different. I don’t feel like a lost little teen. I feel like a woman who is coming into her own.”

Around the time of this interview, Doja was romantically linked to internet personality J. Cyrus. In June 2023, the pair was seen kissing on vacation. The revelation sent a shockwave through Doja’s stanbase, with some members digging up Cyrus’ past behavior. As a result, the “Paint the Town Red” entertainer began blocking her fans who were tagging her in posts showing his questionable behavior.
