Dogs spread holiday cheer by delivering Christmas trees

Plow Farms, a Christmas tree farm in Pennsylvania, is offering a fun and festive experience. Once a year, Newfoundland dogs will deliver your trees by pulling them on a sled. The dogs are regulars at the farm and, as you can imagine, a huge hit with customers. The Newfoundland breed is trained in drafting, the pulling of carts and sleds. The sleds are custom-built to carry the trees. Lindsay Eshelman told Today, “They have been through multiple classes and training, so they know all of the commands and how to properly execute the exercise.” She also said if the dogs don’t want to work, the farm “would gladly let them lay around the fire.”
