Dog Chapman of 'Dog the Bounty Hunter' has been accused of getting friendly with his late wife's assistant by his daughter Lyssa. This comes just months after his wife, Beth Chapman, passed away from cancer. However, according to PopCulture, both Beth's former assistant, Moon Angell, and Dog insist that there is nothing going on between them. They insist that their connection is not romantic and their friendship has strengthened as Moon Angell comforts Dog during this mourning phase of his life.

However, Alyssa seems to diasgree. "If someone who met your family by dating your brother, tried to date your father after your stepmom died what would you do ? If you went to your mother's closet and saw she moved all her clothes and replaced them with her own, what would you do ? #ItsNotWhenOrWhyItsWho," she wrote recently.

An anonymous source told "Moon has been a family friend to Beth and Dog for years," the source said to People magazine.

"Since Beth's death, she has stepped in to help Dog in his time of need. There will never be another Beth."

Dog also has just backed the source and verified that he and Moon Angell are just friends.

"I'm very lonely," Dog Chapman told Radar Online. "Beth [and I] talked about death and I'd say, 'You know Beth, I'll never get married and I'll never have a girlfriend again.' She's like, 'Shut up. You will too. You need a woman beside you.'"

"She has just been so good to me. I'll get really emotional and find myself getting into a dark hole and she will tell me to suck it up," he explained. "So it's been good having her by my side," Dog added.

"I see myself dating again. I am a human being. I don't ever remember being single. And of course, what do you do now, you go to the bars. I can't drink. I'll be in jail," Dog admitted to the publication.

I really can't drink without Beth being around, because I'll get in trouble. But I'll probably end up dating soon. I'm the kind of guy that has to have a woman around me. There will never another Mrs. Dog," he continued. "But I have to find a way to move on. I'm so lonely right now. I'm just really lonely."

Regardless of whether Dog is dating Moon Angell or not, best wishes to him and his family during this mourning period.
