Dog 'The Bounty Hunter' Chapman Tells Fans to Beware of Fake Accounts, Don't Give Them Money!
Dog "The Bounty Hunter" Chapman is warning fans that online accounts asking for money are NOT him and to not give them anything.
Chapman posted a message on social media that says people are taking advantage of the people online by trying to get them to send money for the family.
The message reads: "Please DO NOT accept ANY friend request from Dog or Beth Chapman, Duane Chapman Alice Chapman or any other variation. HE DOES NOT send friend requests and she can’t. DO NOT respond to ANY request for money. DO NOT send any sort of currency in any shape or form by and through ANY mechanism. HE DOES NOT ask individuals for money EVER EVER EVER! The media team is overwhelmed with removing fake accounts. I am hearing some people have sent as much as $5,000. You do not have to send these to me to verify this for you. When you see them REPORT THEM. ALL OF THEM."

Cleary, reports have come back to Dog and his family that people have lost money. It seems one of the ways they are doing this is fake accounts are sending phishing messages as a friend request.
Dog explains further that he believes people are using Beth's death to their advantage and using people's grief. Dog ended the message by saying, "Some are taking advantage of your grief and like any con - will use YOUR emotions against you. Please share this message far and wide."
As we reported Beth Chapman died June 26, after fighting cancer.
Duane Chapman tweeted after her passing, writing, "It’s 5:32 in Hawaii, this is the time she would wake up to go hike Koko Head mountain. Only today, she hiked the stairway to heaven. We all love you, Beth. See you on the other side."
