Does Anna Duggar Let Her Kids Watch TV?
The Duggar family is notorious for trying to shield their children from too much outside influence, and although that doesn't always manifest itself in positive ways, the family remains rigid on setting a strict set of rules for the kids. One of the biggest questions that always comes up for the reality TV family is whether they allow their kids to watch any television.
The Duggars are independent Baptists and have been known to only watch family-oriented TV shows and programming around historical events. There's no getting around their rules with any streaming options either because Jim Bob Duggar has the house WiFi on heavy filter mode. However, Anna Duggar just revealed that the family may be more pop-culture savvy than they let on ... even if it is just watching another famous TV family.

While visiting Jinger & Jeremy on a recent trip to California, the Duggars stopped by "The Brady Bunch" house in Studio City. HGTV's "A Very Brady Renovation" is currently airing, and since TLC is owned by the same company, there's a good chance the Duggars got to live out their ultimate Brady fantasies inside the legendary crib. Anna shared a photo of the family on Instagram and wrote about the experience.
"We enjoyed visiting the ‘Brady Bunch’ house while our family visited Jinger & Jeremy in CA a few weeks ago! ☀️ Our kiddos have enjoyed watching old episodes of the family tv show — it was a fun stop on our family vacation!"
Fans were pretty surprised that Anna revealed the kids do in fact watch episodes of "The Brady Bunch," and sounded off in the comments.
"Oh ok I was thinking you guys don’t watch tv," one fan wrote.
Another commented, "Do these kids know who the Brady Bunch is?"
One fan thought it was a shame that most TV these days isn't as wholesome as the good ol' Brady family.
"My children love to watch those old reruns too, as well as Full House. It so hard to find quality programming for children since we don’t watch Disney anymore because it continues to show things that don’t match our values."

The no divorce rule was particularly hard for many fans of the "Counting On" stars to understand after the scandal that rocked the family involving Josh Duggar.
Even while it was publicly exposed that Josh had molested members of his own family, and was kicked off the TLC show, Anna stood by his side. The two have now built their own family, with five kids and another on the way. During their recent 11-year wedding anniversary she addressed her devotion to her husband.
"11 years ago, before God, our family and friends we said, “I do!” — and my how the past 11 years have flown by! ♥️ The joys we’ve experienced together have far surpassed the shadows of sorrow we’ve walked through. Through it all, God’s kindness and grace has sustained us.
