DJ Ruckus and Shanina Shaik seem to agree on everything when it comes to their divorce, with the possible exception of whether or not she will get spousal support following their split.
The Victoria's Secret model filed for divorce last month and in her filing, she checked the box asking to be awarded spousal support.
Ruckus has finally filed his response to the case and his information matches up perfectly with hers ... except on the issue of support. He is requesting that neither side be awarded spousal support, pursuant to the terms of their prenup.
Shaik did acknowledge the prenup in her filing as well but only when it comes to their division of property, so it could mean she's gearing up to challenge the agreement.
The couple was married on April 28, 2018 and they both listed their date of seperation as June 25, 2019. They did not have any children together.
They announced their split in June, saying in a statement, "After careful thought and consideration, Shanina Shaik and Greg 'DJ Ruckus' Andrews have decided to separate. They move forward with much mutual respect and love for each other, and ask to please respect their privacy during this time."
Our sources say Ruckus felt there was more going on than the pictures showed, and we're told the incident was "the last straw" in their marriage.
