DJ Khaled, Migos, and Meek Mill have been named the “luckiest” artists in Hip-Hop in a new study.

According to BestCasinoSites.net, Khaled, Migos, and Meek are the best rap artists to listen to for “good fortune,” based on research accounting for music containing the highest number of “lucky” words in the lyrics.

The “luckiest” artist of all-time was determined to be DJ Khaled, whose songs are said to include 4.65 “lucky” words on average. Coming in second place were the Migos, who clocked in at 4.57 “lucky” words per song.

According to the study, the group’s favorite “lucky” words include “money,” “cash,” and “gold,” which falls in line with their history of celebratory anthems.

Rounding out the Top 3 is Meek Mill, who averages 4.22 “lucky” words for each track he appears on, with Rich The Kid falling in fourth and Rae Sremmurd placing at fifth. Other rappers that made the Top 10 include Key Glock (No. 6), Rick Ross (No. 7), Nipsey Hussle (No. 8), Offset (No. 9), and Young Dolph (No. 10).

Cardi B, French Montana, Lil Baby, Mike Will Made-It, and bbno$ accounted for the final five spots, with Mike Will’s inclusion likely a byproduct of previously collaborating with many of the aforementioned artists on the list.

In addition to rap artists, the study also analyzed the most “lucky” rap songs fans should listen to. Topping that list was Akon’s “Sweetest Girl,” which boasts a total of 98 “lucky” words. Finishing in second is JAY-Z’s 1998 hit “Money Cash H*es,” which contains 97 words that are considered “lucky,” while Chief Keef’s aptly titled “I Want Some Money” came in third, as the word “money” alone was used 90 times in the song.

As part of the study, over 5 million songs released from 1950 through 2021 were analyzed, with rap being deemed the “luckiest” genre with 1.67 “lucky” words in a song on average. Next was R&B, with less than half of the “lucky” words as the average rap song (0.469), and country finishing third at 0.33 “lucky” words per track.
