What is Disney's movie 'Wish' about?

"Wish" is about an idealistic young woman named Asha who wishes on a star to save her people which puts her at odds with King Magnifico, who typically grants people's wishes in their kingdom.

Asha's wish is heard and answered by a star named Star, whose powerful dust allows animals, including Asha's pet goat, Valentino, to talk and sing.

Where is 'Wish' based?

The movie takes place in the fictional Kingdom of Rosas, located in the Mediterranean Sea off the Iberian Peninsula, according to IMDB.
