Crab lovers — as in, you relish king crab, blue crab, snow crab and all sorts of other varieties — may wish to take note: PB Catch wants you to get your fill Wednesday.

That’s when the seafood restaurant and raw bar is featuring its semi-annual Crab Night featuring a special à la carte crab-focused menu in addition to its regular à la carte menu.

The special Crab Night menu offers appetizer and entrée selections spotlighting crab.

Among the appetizers: baked oyster “dynamite” ($24) featuring bluepoint oysters baked with a creamy crab topping and chive oil. Another appetizer to be offered on Crab Night: mini-crab cakes ($28) served with mustard sauce and roasted corn salsa.

Crab cakes also figure prominently among the Crab Night entrée choices. For instance, Maryland-style crab cakes are $48, while a PB Catch signature crab cake served with scampi-buttered shrimp is $45.

Guests can splurge on a pound of Alaskan jing crab legs ($99) served with drawn butter, or dig into a “Nawlins-style” crab boil ($56) with snow crab and Dungeness crab simmered in Zatarain’s-scented crab broth with corn, redskin potatoes and andouille sausage.

If those entrée choices still don’t offer enough crab, add a half-pound of king crab to any entrée at PB Catch on Crab Night for $50 more. For more information, visit pbcatch.com or call PB Catch at (561) 655-5558.
