If you’re celebrating Thanksgiving at home, there’s at least one way to spend more time with family and friends while still serving an impressive feast: Let a pro do the cooking for the Nov. 23 holiday.

Roast turkey dinners-to-go — whether individually portioned or packaged with a whole roast-turkey feast for a gathering — are available at Palm Beach gourmet markets and restaurants.

Orders must be placed in advance for pickup on Nov. 21 or Nov. 22.

Thanksgiving dinners for two and family feasts serving 10 to 12 people are available through Amici Market, 155 N. County Road (561-832-0201; www.amicimarket.com)

The market’s family feasts include a choice of herb-roasted whole turkey (18 to 20 pounds); herb-roasted boneless turkey breast (7 to 10 pounds); or herb-crusted Prime rib au jus with horseradish cream sauce.

Each of those options includes a choice of three sides: a choice of two kinds of stuffing; mashed potatoes or sweet-potato casserole; and green-beans almondine or fall vegetable medley.

Gravy and fresh cranberry sauce are included in the feasts, which are $375 for turkey and $475 for prime rib. Whole Thanksgiving pies at Amici Market are $22.99 for pumpkin or apple and $26.99 for pecan.

Holiday dinners for two include turkey, plus a choice of the same three sides offered with the family feasts. Thanksgiving dinners for two also include a mixed baby-greens salad and individual servings of pumpkin and/or apple pie. Amici Market’s Thanksgiving-for-two package is $79.99.

All holiday-to-go orders from the market must be placed by Nov. 17 for pickup on Nov. 22 beginning at 11:30 a.m.
