Eau Palm Beach Resort in Manalapan aims to infuse President’s Day weekend with the spirit of the late Palm Beach designer and resident Lilly Pulitzer.
A Feb. 19 brunch at Eau’s al fresco Breeze Ocean Kitchen, which flanks the Atlantic Ocean, will feature Lilly Pulitzer beach towels and pool floats.
A juice stand that day, hearkening back to the juice stand Lilly Pulitzer herself operated in Palm Beach in the early 1960s, will be featured.

The brand Natalie’s Juice will provide the juice, Eau officials said. The Pulitzer brand’s latest prints and more will be available for sale by reservation.
Pool-servers will be outfitted in Lilly Pulitzer garb to “embody the spirit of the collaboration.”
