Dina Lohan Facing SIX Months In Jail For DUI Arrest, Rejects Prosecutors Plea Deal
Lindsay Lohan's mom Dina Lohan was just offered a plea deal in her latest DUI arrest, and it would have landed her in jail for SIX months.
Dina Lohan appeared in aNassau County, NJ court Wednesday, where she was offered a plea deal in the case that would include the six months in jail, along with five years of probation.
Lindsay's mom appeared with her lawyer Mark Heller and both of them did not comment to reporters and cameras on the way out of the courtroom. In one video, someone asked Dina about saying she would never be back in this situation, as you can imagine she did not respond.

Offered 6 Months In County Jail, Rejects Deal
According to reports, Dina rejected the deal at the court hearing, and a new date was set for a later date. Dina has pled not guilty to the DUI charges.
Lohan is facing a felony DWI charge, and other charges including leaving the scene of an accident, and unlicensed operation and driving an uninspected vehicle.
The DUI arrest was charged as a felony because it wasn’t her first arrest for a similar charge. Dina was arrested in 2013 for drunk driving after being stopped by police for speeding. At the time, Lohan pled guilty to aggravated driving while intoxicated and speeding.
Lindsay's Mom Arrested For DUI
As we reported, Dina Lohan was arrested for DUI on Saturday night after her Mercedes crashed into another car outside of an Outback Steakhouse.
The criminal complaint filed in the case claims Lohan fled the scene without exchanging information with the other driver, who then followed her home and called 911 on the way.
In the documents, the police officer who arrived on the scene says Dina was in the driver's seat of her Mercedes with the engine running and had an "odor of alcohol" on her breath.
He also said she had "glassy eyes and slurred speech."
Vows To Fight The Case, Pleads Not Guilty
The police officer claimed in his report, that when Lohan got out of the car, she fell on the ground face first. During the arrest, Dina refused to take a breathalyzer test on the scene.
Dina plead not guilty to the charges and Mark Heller says the arrest, was “an unfortunate event, We're hoping we'll resolve it favorably."
Sources close to Dina tell The Blast, she only had one glass of wine and was not intoxicated. Plus, she is ready to "fight the charges" in court. She believes all the charges will be dismissed once all the evidence is reviewed. Mark Heller told NBC News in New York, "there was no formal test to establish my client was intoxicated" and said he will fight the charges.
