Diddy hit with another lawsuit. The model says she was working in Miami at the time

Another lawsuit for Sean “Diddy” Combs.

Former model Crystal McKinney filed her federal complaint in NYC on Tuesday, alleging the rapper drugged her and forced her to perform oral sex while at his Midtown Manhattan studio in 2003.

McKinney, who is originally from Georgia, won MTV’s inaugural Model Mission beauty pageant at the age of 17, and was awarded a contract with the IMG agency.

While doing gigs in Miami, the then 22 year old was invited by an unnamed designer to Men’s Fashion Week in NYC, the filing, viewed by the Miami Herald, says. She was told she would be introduced to Combs at an event at Cipriani Downtown. She found herself seated across from the music mogul, who began “coming on” to her.

The Bad Boy Records founder told her he had “power in the industry” and was going to help her advance, while leaning across the table and telling her she was “beautiful,” the woman alleges.

McKinney then claims Diddy ended up inviting her to his nearby recording studio for a small gathering. The guests began passing around “a bottle of Hennessy and joints,” says the court document.

McKinney claims that Combs told her,“You’ve never had weed like this before.”

She alleges that the joint was “laced” with a narcotic or other “intoxicating substance” because it made her feel as if she were “floating.”

The onetime beauty queen says Combs eventually led her to the bathroom, and “began kissing her without her consent.” He then “shoved her head down to his crotch” and ordered her to perform oral sex, the suit claims, and she complied.

McKinney claims that she eventually passed out and woke up in a taxi.

Due to the “traumatic event,” the woman preserved the “unwashed” outfit she was wearing that night, “a black leather coat with a fur hood, translucent chiffon beige V-cut shirt and jewel encrusted jeans.”

After the alleged assault, the plaintiff’s work opportunities quickly began to dwindle, says the complaint, and she believed she’d been “blackballed” by Combs.

In 2004, McKinney attempted suicide and was hospitalized due to the alleged abuse that “altered the trajectory of plaintiff’s career,” says the legal document.

The new suit comes just days after CNN released shocking surveillance video from 2016 that shows Combs beating up ex Cassie Ventura in a Los Angeles hotel hallway.

On Sunday, the embattled singer apologized in an Instagram video, saying he was “disgusted” by his actions and “truly sorry” without mentioning Ventura, who settled with him for an undisclosed amount last November.

Several more suits followed, including a bombshell filing in February by producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, accusing Combs of abuse, as well as sex and drug trafficking.

Jones’ $30 million suit spurred a federal investigation and raids on two of Combs’ homes, including one on Star Island in Miami Beach.
