Fresno Steve: Many years ago Border Patrol planning and procedure was used to handling men travelling without their families, looking for work. As Central American societies have disintegrated over the last few years the BP now has entire families crossing and they are not equipped for that. But until our legislators stop pointing fingers and start improving law and policies, this situation will not change. It will go on until we elect people who will work together and stop blaming the other side.
