Diddy Accused Of Gang-Rape Of 17-Year-Old In Fourth Sexual Assault Lawsuit

A fourth woman has accused Diddy, legal name Sean Combs, of rape.
In legal filings reported by Rolling Stone, Jane Doe claims that Combs, former Bad Boy president Harve Pierre, and a third unidentified man gang-raped her at a Manhattan recording studio in 2003 when she was 17 years old. The lawsuit filed on Wednesday (Dec. 6) alleges the victim was trafficked across state lines and plied with “copious amounts of drugs and alcohol.”
The full story details how Doe and a friend were at a lounge in Detroit when Pierre approached her, eventually taking the teenager on a private jet to the East Coast where she was allegedly drugged, groped, and raped.
Alleged images of the night were highlighted in the filining obtained by Rolling Stone and shared on social media by reporter Meghann Cuniff. The photos feature an unidentified adolescent female sitting in Combs’ lap.

In graphic detail, the filing claims Combs led the Doe to a bathroom where he raped her as she “hung over the sink.” Doe claims as she was slipping in and out of consciousness, the unidentified man traded places with Combs, as the Hip-Hop mogul watched. According to the suit, she alleged Pierre then subjected her to “nonconsensual vaginal sex,” and that he finished by “violently forcing her to give him oral sex.”
The victim claims to have been transported back to Michigan, with “very limited recollection” of the return flight.
The lawsuit was brought about under the Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Act, which offers a two-year window for civil claims that fall outside the statute of limitations for incidents that happened in the five boroughs. It expires on March 1, 2025.
Lawyer Douglas H. Wigdor filed the new lawsuit on behalf of the teen after he previously represented R&B singer Casandra “Cassie” Ventura who accused Combs of years of violent and sexually abusive behavior. Ventura’s lawsuit was settled within 48 hours for an undisclosed amount.
Ventura’s lawsuit, along with two other women who sued the Harlem native with accusations of rape and abuse, were brought under New York’s Adult Survivors Act which expired last month.
In his own words, 54-year-old took too social media to proclaim his innocence. Sharing a statement previously issued to Rolling Stone on Wednesday, the Grammy Award-winning musician wrote in bolded, all-caps font, “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.”

“For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy. Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday. Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth.”
