The last immunity challenge of the season pitted the three finalists against each other in a wheel of doom (aka a “Feras Wheel”) that spun around at certain intervals and had narrow pegs for footholds. Mark was the first person to call it quits, with Caroline coming in second place, giving Feras his first and last immunity win. At tribal council, Feras had all of the power and he chose to eliminate Mark, believing Mark was a bigger threat to him in the end.

After a last breakfast in Samoa, Feras and Caroline attended the final tribal council hosted by Jonathan LaPaglia where they answered questions from the often bitter jury members: Aileen Chong, Jaden Laing, Valeria Sizova, Alex Coe, Rianna Bowley, Kitty Blomfield, Kirby Bentley, Raymond Chaney and Mark. The jury was perhaps most impressed by Feras revealing that it was his idea to plant his idol so that Ray could find it in front of Caroline and Mark, and trick them into believing both were safe.

In the end, Feras received all nine jury votes, making him a rare unanimous “Survivor” winner. “I am absolutely over the moon,” he stated in his exit interview at the end of the episode. “I did not, for a million years, think that I could even make it on ‘Survivor,’ let alone win the bloody game. I’m literally still shaking.”

Feras continued on, “To be the first Aussie Arab to win ‘Survivor’ is such a huge flex, and to show off my culture and to show everyone where I come from in my community is such a huge achievement. I’m so proud of myself. I had no doubt in my mind that a Rebel could take it home. I was creative. I messed with people’s minds. I made some really cool alliances and even better rivals.”
