Julia Fox may credit Kanye West for the bold eye makeup she has been seen sporting during Paris Fashion Week, but it looks like the Uncut Gems actor may have turned to 2000s icon Paris Hilton for inspiration behind the look. In a recent post, fashion history Instagram account @insidethemood shared a side-by-side picture of Fox and Hilton, sporting her infamous “Got Blow” crop top and dramatic black winged eyeshadow.

Perhaps West looked to his ex-wife Kim Kardashian’s best friend for makeup tips. The similarities between the two eye looks are evident as Fox’s makeup mimics the same dark look and smudgy shape. Fashion’s new power couple made their red carpet debut over the weekend, and Fox has been wearing the bold eye look in nearly every appearance her and her new boyfriend have made this past week.
