Did Miranda Lambert tell ex Blake Shelton she was getting married again?

Blake Shelton also had no idea that Miranda Lambert was married.

The country star, who was married to Lambert for four years (and dated her for six year before that) until 2015, reportedly "found out about the wedding at the same time everyone else did," a source told Us Weekly.

Lambert, 35, shocked fans on Saturday when she announced on Instagram that she had married NYPD officer Brendan McLoughlin. Very few people knew they were even dating -- Shelton not included.

"Blake was not given a heads-up and doesn't know her new husband," the insider explained. "Since they split, they have had almost zero contact."

Though the former couple has had very little contact, Shelton, 42, did seemingly throw some shade at Lambert last spring amid her controversial relationship with Evan Felker. Lambert's romance with the Turnpike Troubadours musician reportedly had a hand in the breakup of his marriage with ex Staci Felker.

"Been taking the high road for a long time.. I almost gave up," Shelton said in a tweet that he never confirmed was about Lambert, though sources claimed otherwise. "But I can finally see something on the horizon up there!! Wait!! Could it be?! Yep!! It's karma!!"

Shelton has been dating fellow coach on "The Voice," Gwen Stefani, for several years now, while Lambert also dated singer Anderson East for two years before romancing Felker and McLoughlin. McLoughlin welcomed a baby with a previous partner just three months ago in November 2018.
