Yes, Emmy Russell was the second contestant to be called into the American Idol Top 6.
Russell and the other 7 remaining contestants sang songs chosen by Katy Perry, Luke Bryan and Lionel Richie on Monday night, selecting their favorite of three choices and trying to uncover who chose the song for them.
Her options were "Here you Come Again" by Dolly Parton, "Coal Miner's Duaghter by Loretta Lynn and "Suddenly I See" by KT Tunstall.
Russell believed Katy Perry chose her song and she was absolutely right.
"I chose this song not because Loretta Lynn is your grandma,"Perry said. "I chose this song because you are Emmy Russell and you can do anything now as Emmy Russell."
