Brooke says she feels like everyone has abandoned her since she found God and Jesus. She says she attempted suicide following the death of her grandmother in 2016 because she claims her husband, Jack, called her a liar for saying that God, Jesus, and other spirits talk to her.

“You didn’t do it because of something he did – you did it because you made that choice,” says Dr. Phil on Tuesday’s episode.

“I did it because I’m not a liar and I’ve never lied to him; and for him to say that ‘you’re not gonna do it’ – and I walked right in and I did it – because I had nothing left,” replies Brooke.
