Detroit to Neapolitan: 25 Arizona restaurants named among best regional pizzerias in US
The Washington Post recently released a list of best regional pizza in each state by developing a formula that sifted through 85,000 independent restaurants on Yelp and took into account rating (most important factor), number of reviews and mention of the pizza style. The list includes restaurants that received at or above 3.5 stars from 7.5 million Yelp reviews.
That bar seems a little low to us when talking about the best of anything.
The results ranged from no-brainers to utter head-scratchers. Here's a look at all the Arizona pizzerias that made The Washington Post's best regional pizza list.
