Recording artist Kristina Buch has reportedly sued “Drunk in Love” producer Noel “Detail” Fisher for sexual assault, according to Billboard. The lawsuit was brought against Fisher on Thursday, December 27, and outlines an alleged two-year pattern of violent sexual assault and emotional abuse by Fisher.

The lawsuit (which was viewed by Billboard, and the details of which Billboard confirmed with Buch’s attorney William J. Briggs), allegedly states that Buch was “manipulated, abused, and ferociously and repeatedly raped at the hands of a person she trusted, her supposed mentor, a critically acclaimed music producer.” The suit reportedly goes on to detail Fisher’s “controlling and verbally abusive” behavior toward Buch, and allegedly states that Fisher “viciously and violently raped Buch on seven different occasions,” among other claims.

Buch’s lawsuit arrives after Buch and another artist, Peyton Ackley, accused Fisher of sexual assault back in May. At that time Buch and Ackley both claimed to have suffered physical abuse from Fisher. Both women also detailed different incidents during which the producer allegedly forced them to have sex with him. Buch and Ackley were allegedly granted restraining orders against Fisher at that time.
