The traveling music and craft beer festival Punk in the Park has announced that its first stop of 2024 will be in San Francisco. The all-day event will take place May 4th at the Cow Palace, and feature such legendary punk bands as Descendents, The Vandals, Dead Kennedys, and Black Flag, among other acts.
The lineup will also include The Exploited, T.S.O.L., Adolescents, The Dickies, Dwarves, and more acts to be announced.
General tickets start at $49.99 and include 12 beer samples for all guests age 21 and over. A VIP ticket at the cost of $149.99 gets you unlimited beer samples from 12 p.m to 3 p.m., plus access to exclusive viewing areas, a guest lounge, air-conditioned restrooms, and specialty food options. Tickets are on sale now via the official Punk in the Park website.
The San Francisco date is being billed as the first stop of the “Punk in the Park American Road Trip,” implying more cities will be announced in the coming weeks and months. Previous Punk in the Park events have happened in Colorado, Arizona, and California.
