Derek Hough and his wife, Hayley Erbert, stepped out for a red-carpet event—marking Erbert's first since undergoing an emergency craniectomy four months ago.

On Friday, April 5, the Dancing With the Stars couple attended a cocktail reception to celebrate the launch of Hulu on Disney+. Hough, 38, rocked a light blue suit while Erbert, 29, donned a white dress with puffed sleeves and colorful floral detailing at the bottom of the skirt.

The event, hosted by Dana Walden and Alan Bergman, was held in Los Angeles. Plenty of other celebrities posed for photos, too, including Hough's sister, Julianne Hough, Bruno Tonioli, Angela Bassett and her husband, Courtney B. VanceTom Hiddleston, Dominique Thorne, Milo Ventimiglia, Mandy Moore and Jeremy Allen White, among many others.

The Bachelor and The Golden Bachelor couples, Joey Graziadei and Kelsey Anderson, and Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist, also attended the launch party.

In December 2023, Herbert experienced a cranial hematoma due to a burst blood vessel following a performance in Washington, D.C., on her and Hough's Symphony of Dance tour. Herbert underwent an emergency craniectomy on Dec. 6. Later that month, she had cranioplasty surgery to “replace a large portion of her skull," Hough explained via Instagram.

Recently, Herbert was given the OK by doctors to resume tour performances with her husband.

"Hi everyone, I am so excited to announce that I have been cleared to rejoin the Symphony of Dance tour and I will be dancing when the tour begins on April 14 in Melbourne, Florida," Erbert told Good Morning America on April 5.

"We cannot wait to dance together again on stage and be back with all of our fans and thank them," Hough shared. "Thank you all for the amazing support that you've shown during this time, so we cannot wait and we'll see you very very soon."
