Demi Lovato did the most important thing a millennial can do in a relationship... she made it Instagram official!
The 27-year-old shared a photo to her Instagram that shows the star smooching her new boyfriend, Austin Wilson on Tuesday night. The black & white shot features a shirtless Austin planting a kiss on the dark-haired maven while she takes a mirror selfie. The first thing fans noticed was that Wilson is covered in tattoos. "My ❤️..." Demi wrote in the caption of her post.

Austin also returned the favor and confirmed his relationship with Lavato on his Instagram as well. He shared a mirror selfie that shows his inked-up arms wrapped around the singer who's wearing a cute black dress, a leather overcoat and matching leather combat boots. He wrote a similar caption to Demi but he used a different emoji, "My Love🥰."
Wilson wore a shirt in this picture but we get a great view of his cotton candy pink hair because this photo is in color. Both pictures appear to have been taken in Demi's house. His picture featured a rack of dresses in the background and showed that the bed was unmade and recently used.
Who Is Austin Wilson?
Here is what we know about Demi's new beau.
Austin is 25-years-old and is a Los Angeles based model. It is unclear how they met but it appears that they run in similar circles because they are both connected to Thomas Trussell III, who tragically passed away in October.
He is the son of pro-skater and a member of the famous Z-Boys, George Wilson. His dad was a pioneer of skateboarding and is a legend in the sport. George Wilson has a clothing line called Rivi Goods and is on a mission to bring denim production back to the United States.
The young lad appears to be close to his mom and family. He often shares photos of himself holding his baby nephew and gave a sweet shoutout to his mom on Mother's Day.

Clearly, Austin's body is a temple and he must decorate because the model is covered head to toe in tattoos.
Wilson has the words, "Forever Grateful" inked across his chest and just underneath the cursive writing are two roses that surround a woman's face. The dude has both of his sleeves done and sports several face tattoos. His dad is also covered in tattoos so there is no stigma surrounding heavily inked people in his family.

Before going public with Wilson, Demi was romanticly linked to Mike Johnson, a contestant on "The Bachelorette." Lovato is a proud member of Bachelor Nation and publicly swooned over Johnson on her Instagram during every episode of his season.
There were romance rumors after the two met up but the relationship fizzled out in September, according to E! News.
