Making RiRi proud! Demi Lovato showed off her twerking moves over the weekend while working out at the gym where she practices her MMA fighting.
The 24-year-old "Confident" singer shared several videos on Snapchat of a Capture the Flag-style game she played with several other gym goers that resulted in some twerk-tastic moves.

With her "flag" (aka her towel) perched on her booty, Demi turned her back to the camera and started twerking when Rihanna's "Pon de Replay" came on, being careful not to let anyone grab the flapping fabric.
Turns out, the former Disney star has got some serious moves!
Staying in shape and remaining healthy is very important to Demi these days. The former child actress recently celebrated five years of sobriety and opened up to ET about the experience.
"What keeps me on this path is there's a drive that I have to stay sober because I know that my life depends on it," she told ET. "If I would have continued down that road, I don't know if I'd be here today. So it's something that's very important to me."
Demi has been open in the past about her struggles with addiction, substance abuse, eating disorders, and being diagnosed as bipolar.

"I've been able to share my story with other people, and I've had fans that come up to me and tell me, 'Because you got sober, I got sober,'" she added. "It's just been a really beautiful thing."
